More than just PZZA!

February 3, 2024 At PZZA we bleed tomato sauce and we sweat mozzarella shreds. It is what we are good at and what we know. We call our creation PZZA because what pizza has become is a sad reality that we just don't want to associate with. We believe pizza should be made simple with love, attention to detail, consistency and only with the best ingredients available in order to achieve the ultimate final product. This is what separates us from the other pizzerias in town and beyond.

PZZA is like pizza but without the BS, and just a focus on what is good. We are confident in the quality of our PZZA and it seems our customers are happy with it as well. There have been requests over the last few months for items other than pizza or toppings that we did not offer. We have taken the feedback and have made some additional offerings available that I wanted to highlight. For PZZA we have taken the special Chicken Parm and have added it full time!

Additional PZZA toppings include minced garlic and cherry tomatoes. Chicken is now available in options beyond just a fried cutlet. We also serve it blackened or simply grilled with oil and salt. We now have an array of sandwiches available including Buff Chick (buffalo chicken), Chick CZR (chicken caesar), Chick Parm (chicken parmigiana), a BYO (build your own) which has many toppings and combinations to choose from, and a grilled cheese for the kids!

We have added pickles as a topping available to our famous WGYU SMSH BRGR (wagyu smash burger) In the XTRAS (extras) column we have added Buffalo Chicken Fries, Fried Mozzarella Wedges, and chicken breast a la carte (cutlet, blackened or simply grilled). Please come in and try our new menu items!
